Fall in love with movement

Are you ready to #fallinlovewithmovement with me?
This program was created entirely by me in order to give you the tools and ability to train at home with just a few equipments. I called it “fall in love with movement” since I want to guide you in your journey to fall in love with your body in motion. Fitness and running helped me become the strong and hard worker woman that I am now. I want to be your trainer but also a friend that helps you to understand how incredible is our body and how beautiful movement is.
We will experiment together movement as a whole: including strength training, running, yoga and breathing. Can’t wait to train with you!
